2. PRODUCTS

5. PRICE

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As specified on each product sheet, the items you buy are vintage and second-hand. IMPORTANT:

In the case of the purchase of small items: these must be reshipped via the carrier chosen by the buyer at the time of the order (mondial relay or the post office). The buyer agrees to notify LES ATELIERS DE MINNIE VALENTINE by email of the deposit of the package and to provide it with a tracking number as well as proof of deposit, depending on the carrier chosen.

In the case of large items (furniture for example), they must be returned via a reliable and professional carrier of the buyer's choice or via Cocolis. The buyer guarantees the good conditions of the shipment with the carrier: the items must be perfectly well packaged and all surfaces must be protected with bubble wrap, to ensure their total protection during transport.
The buyer agrees to notify LES ATELIERS DE MINNIE VALENTINE by email of the follow-up of the return by providing him with the direct contact of the delivery person, detailed photos of the packed articles as well as proof of delivery of the articles to the carrier (taking note charge signed by the buyer and the carrier).

Only products returned as a whole, complete, intact and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. If these conditions are met, LES ATELIERS DE MINNIE VALENTINE will issue a full or partial refund after ascertaining their condition. The amount of the refund will be up to the purchase price, excluding delivery costs and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the items. LES ATELIERS DE MINNIE VALENTINE undertake to inform the buyer of the good reception of the returned items, of their condition and to give him the deadlines for reimbursement.

After this period of 14 days, if the return shipment has not been made by the buyer, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is no longer valid and is canceled, the product is then the property of the user .

If an item arrives damaged despite the care taken in the package, the seller is not responsible, you must contact the carrier for a refund.
